Organic Rich Sauce from Japan

This rich and sweet organic sauce is made with approximately one-third organic vegetables and fruits, including carrots, tomatoes, mandarins, onions, yuzu, lemons, garlic and apples.

Made with organic apple vinegar, organic rice vinegar, organic sugar and molasses, sun-dried salt, and a carefully selected blend of spices, it offers a rich and naturally sweet flavour. The organic soy sauce used is made from domestically grown, non-GMO whole soybeans and wheat, and aged for over one year.

No artificial flavourings, preservatives, added seasonings such as amino acids, or yeast extract are used.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
