Authentically brewed on Shodoshima Island in the Seto Inland Sea, this premium organic soy sauce is crafted using a traditional fermentation method passed down through 400 years of history.

Made with high-quality moromi mash, it is brewed in large cedar barrels using domestically grown organic whole soybeans and wheat, along with sun-dried salt. The brewing water is also filtered with activated carbon for enhanced safety and quality.

With its rich and authentic flavour, this traditionally brewed soy sauce is ideal for dipping, sauces, simmered dishes and a wide variety of Japanese and everyday recipes.
